A-POC Jewellery is a concept line developed within Issey Miyake Inc. This website is operated for the purpose of presenting the line and collecting enquiries from press, stockists, collectors, and commission clients.

• Press enquiries are used to coordinate editorial coverage, loan requests, and interviews
• Stockist enquiries are used to evaluate potential retail partnerships
• Commission enquiries are used to begin the 18K bespoke consultation process

We do not use your data for marketing purposes, and we do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.

In the case of a commission enquiry that progresses to a contractual relationship, we may also process your data on the basis of contract performance.

We retain your enquiry data only for as long as is necessary to respond to and complete your request. Press and general enquiry data is deleted within 12 months of the last communication. Commission data is retained for the duration of the commission and for a period of 5 years thereafter for legal and warranty purposes.

Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Your data may be shared internally between team members handling your enquiry. In the case of a commission, your data may be shared with the Issey Miyake atelier for production purposes.

This website is hosted on a third-party server. Standard server logs (IP address, access times) may be retained by the hosting provider in accordance with their own privacy policy.
